The Dallas-Fort Worth region is looking forward to continued, healthy growth in the real estate market in 2016, according to a range of reports by real estate experts nationwide.

As seen in the Wall Street Journal’s Mansion section:

When I look at our more than 240 agents and staff, a single word comes to mind: variety.

Collectively they represent a tremendous diversity in terms of professional and personal experiences, educational credentials and skill sets.

Some of our group graduated from esteemed law schools, while others have MBAs, marketing and design degrees from prominent universities. Some have PhDs and others have earned an incredible education from the school of life.

There are left brainers among our group: logical, analytical and subjective. And we also have right brain-dominant people, those thought to be more intuitive and subjective. In our company, we welcome both. No matter which side they may favor, we view everyone on our team as “brain leaders,” choreographing the many moving parts of the entire organization to best serve the needs of our clients. Both right and left brain thinkers hold an important and well-respected place at our company table.

While agents orchestrate so much, we support them with a talented team of internal “consultants” to assist their efforts at all times. Our staff specializes in important areas including market analysis, moving and destination services, property management, inspection coordination, technology, legal, mortgages and more. They are on hand to lend critical support services—from social media wizardry to breathtaking photography and graphic design—as our agents do business with our clients.

The average office worker spends about six hours a day at their desk. And most work environments shout whether they are left- or right-brain-oriented.

Our office is a combination of both, and we are grateful to have the valuable contributions of all.
